Active Air Freight, LLC proudly announces TSA/IAC approval!

As of December 19, 2005 the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) Department of Homeland Security, has approved Active Air Freight, LLC for IAC (Indirect Air Carrier) program.

Active Air Freight, LLC will strictly adhere and operate under the terms and conditions of TSA’s standard security program for Indirect Air Carriers.

Active Air Freight, LLC will remain in compliance with provisions of both 49 CFR and Part 1548 and our approved security program.  All clients that are not in the TSA Known Shipper Database must become known to Active Air Freight, LLC or cargo can only be tendered as an “Unknown Shipper” after approval from Active Air Freight, LLC and tendered to a “Cargo Only” air carrier.

All Active Air Freight, LLC local cartage, line haul/contract carriers and handling agent representatives will follow TSA rules and regulations when contracted.

Active Air Freight, LLC will maintain all written records of each customer and contract carriers/agents.
